Educational Qualification : BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and interpret business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting application designs that align with organizational goals. This role requires thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving to ensure that the applications developed effectively support business processes. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions, review design proposals, and contribute to refining solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
• Document and communicate design specifications clearly to development teams.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate existing application designs to identify areas for improvement.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with COBOL.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and application architecture principles.
• Ability to work with various design tools and documentation standards.
