Welcome to HireHire. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HireHire website, apps, and services at hirehire.in (the "Service"), operated by HireHire ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HireHire is a job-discovery platform that aggregates publicly available job postings from companies across India and presents them on an interactive map, with AI-assisted search, filtering, and resume-match tools. We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, and we do not process job applications on your behalf — application links direct you to the relevant company's own careers page or applicant-tracking system.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google or LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Browsing jobs and companies on HireHire is free. Certain features (such as AI resume/role matching) are part of paid plans — Pro and Pro Max.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Company-listing or promotion fees, where offered, are one-time charges as described at the point of purchase.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, or resell data from the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes; (c) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or (d) infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Job Data & Third-Party Links

Job listings are gathered from public sources and third-party career sites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any listing, and roles may close or change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Intellectual Property

The HireHire name, logo, design, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not use them without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as resume text), and you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. HireHire does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any outcome from using the Service. AI-generated match scores and suggestions are informational estimates only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
