This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans and purchases on HireHire. We want you to be happy with the Service — please read on, and reach out if anything's unclear.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. Browsing jobs on HireHire is always free — you only pay for the AI/premium features included in a plan.
One-time company-listing or promotion purchases are refundable within 48 hours of purchase provided the listing has not yet gone live. Once a listing is published, the fee is non-refundable as the service has been delivered.
Email kiranshivlingkar6390@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with your order/payment details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the amount.
