Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans and purchases on HireHire. We want you to be happy with the Service — please read on, and reach out if anything's unclear.

1. Subscriptions (Pro & Pro Max)

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. Browsing jobs on HireHire is always free — you only pay for the AI/premium features included in a plan.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.
• On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not billed again.
• We do not charge any cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

• First-time purchases: if you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan.
• Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.
• Partial periods: we do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Company Listing / Promotion Fees

One-time company-listing or promotion purchases are refundable within 48 hours of purchase provided the listing has not yet gone live. Once a listing is published, the fee is non-refundable as the service has been delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email kiranshivlingkar6390@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with your order/payment details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the amount.
