Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, your day involves transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. You work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. Your role requires continuous collaboration and strategic thinking to ensure that the solutions developed are both feasible and aligned with client goals, fostering strong partnerships and driving successful project outcomes.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying ITOM solutions within enterprise environments.
• Experience in integrating ITOM tools with other IT service management platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing ITOM workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent understanding of cloud infrastructure and its impact on IT operations.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
