14+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with experience in delivery and project management for Global Banking customers. Overall Skills to manage the business stakeholders, project management and technology teams. Oversees the successful execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Responsibilities

• May manage individual projects or coordinate a team of Technical Architects/Leads.
• Understands and manages client and program stakeholders expectations and business objectives.
• Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery.
• Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames.

Qualifications

• Expertise & understanding in Overall Technology Business requirements with 14 + years experience.
• Delivery of large Banking Industry projects is mandatory across Retail or Wholesale Banking
• Analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Strong empathy in understanding client needs/requirements.

Must have Skills: Technology Delivery experience in Banking industry

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 14 years of experience in Technology Delivery Management, specifically System Integration and/or Application Outsourcing.
2. A minimum of 6 years of Agile experience.
3. A minimum of 7 years of experience managing offshore resources.
4. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience).

Professional Skill Requirements:

1. Delivery of technical products requiring collaboration with infrastructure teams to identify capacity, drive continuous product improvement and work closely with the Operations Director and Support teams.
2. Resource planning will be a key part of this role across multiple projects, including digital transformation, network upgrades and new implementations.
3. To define and drive quality, consistency and excellence in all aspects of the technical delivery function.
4. Experience of working in a proactive not reactive manner.
5. Experienced leader of people and the ability to influence other stakeholders to get buy-in.
6. Ensure your team is sized and skilled in line with company growth, product development
7. strategy and sales demand.
8. Experienced multi-methodology project manager (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, ITIL elements).

Technical Experience

• Experience in a client facing IT consultancy/IT provider environment.
• Prior experience in an Operations, Support or Delivery function and supervising or managing a team.
• A key area for the role is line-managing a team effectively, ensuring that daily workloads and timesheets are being submitted accurately and on time for example.
• Firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices within an ITIL framework.
