Deputy Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and motivated young Engineer to join our team. This role requires understanding of Project coordination/Management in Engineering Consultancy space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting, monitoring, co-ordination with the Project Management Team of ARY India. The key responsibilities of the proposed position include, Acquire the knowledge of the AFRY’s Project Management Guidelines. Responsible for Internal project coordination and document management. Ensuring the compliance of the Project Management requirements. Preparing the Management reports and MOMs.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering + master’s degree in project management/ Structural Engineering from reputed institutes. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Having work experience in MS project/ Primavera software accreditation will be an added advantage. Having work experience with Staad Pro software will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems. 5-6 years of overall experience in Project Planning/Coordination/Design (preferably in hydropower sector). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for the interaction of local and foreign stakeholders. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Proficient in co-ordination and communication and monitoring. A positive and dedicated team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
