What you’ll do We’re looking for a hands-on B2B performance marketer who can connect upper-funnel media to measurable acquisition outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of media, AdTech, MarTech, measurement, and demand generation—you’ll help turn impressions and engagement across programmatic, CTV, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels into qualified pipeline and revenue. You’ll own the campaign infrastructure and measurement systems that make this possible, from campaign and audience strategy to tagging, first-party audiences, lead enrichment, and the flow of signals between media platforms, Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics. You’ll also develop practical ways to evaluate lead quality and identify early signals of downstream performance, helping the team make smarter investment decisions while B2B conversion cycles mature. This role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities: Own full-funnel B2B brandformance across programmatic display/video, CTV, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, connecting brand media to qualified pipeline and revenue. Manage campaign and media operations, including insertion orders, line items, audiences, budgets, pacing, frequency, inventory, and creative optimization. Develop and test first-party, account-based, behavioral, retargeting, and prospecting audiences to improve targeting and lead quality. Own advertising measurement infrastructure across Google Tag Manager, DV360, Floodlight, pixels, conversion tracking, and view-through measurement. Troubleshoot tagging, tracking, attribution, and data-quality issues across media platforms, websites, CRM systems, and analytics. Partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to connect media signals with Marketo, Salesforce, lead enrichment, lifecycle stages, and offline conversions.
