You'll solve hard technical problems with real autonomy and direct customer impact About the role As a Product Success Senior Manager you are the architect of our customers’ operational success from day zero. This is a high-impact, 0-1 role where you sit at the intersection of complex accounting, AI implementation, and driving customer outcomes. You aren't just a point of contact or a support resource; you will be a key contributor to our strategic journey to enable businesses with our AI-native accounting platform. You will wield your accounting expertise to work with customers, configure autonomous systems to match deep financial logic, and partner with our Product and GTM Teams to build our deployment playbook.
