About the Role The (Senior) People Operations Partner, ANZ sits alongside People Partnering as a distinct specialist transformation role. This position leads the next evolution of People Operations across ANZ by owning the transformation layer (analytics, governance, process design, automation, controls, and higher-complexity operational change) to build a more scalable, insight-led, and well-controlled People function. A core expectation is a genuinely AI-native, highly analytical, and automation-oriented mindset, focusing on systems thinking and structured execution to lift decision quality and reduce manual effort. This is not a traditional People Ops delivery role, nor is it intended to own all Business-as-Usual (BAU) People Ops tasks. What you'll do Lead key People Operations transformation priorities across ANZ, including regional OKRs, service improvements and operating model changes. Build and embed People Insights and Workforce Insights capability that gives People Partners and leaders timely, trusted and actionable workforce data. Identify, prioritise and deliver AI and automation initiatives across People Operations and adjacent P&T workflows, with clear measures for adoption, efficiency and risk reduction. Strengthen governance, controls and data integrity across People Operations so that processes are accurate, auditable and fit for a more regulated environment. Support complex regional initiatives such as new market setup, payroll transitions, mobility-related process design and other structural changes requiring cross-functional coordination. Create scalable SOPs, control points and playbooks that improve consistency in-region and can be reused more broadly where relevant.
