What you’ll do We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our commercial and GTM functions in the Americas — with a heavy focus on Sales. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and Sales leadership to help build out our revenue-generating teams, from SDRs and AEs to Sales Managers. This is a hands-on, high-volume role for someone who is hungry to grow, knows how to source and engage great sales talent, and takes pride in running a tight, organized process. You bring energy and attention to detail to every search, and you're building the instincts to become a true talent advisor over time. This remote role is based in the United States. Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles under the guidance of senior recruiters and TA leadership Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other tools Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver clear, structured assessments to hiring managers Support offer preparation and candidate communication through the close process Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS and contribute to pipeline reporting for stakeholders Develop working knowledge of the fintech and payments talent landscape, including key competitors and candidate profiles Contribute to process improvements and share learnings with the broader TA team Who you are We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
