What you'll do In this Senior Workplace Experience Specialist role, you will own the end to end experience of our Sydney office, ensuring it is safe, well run, and distinctly “Airwallex” for everyone who walks through the door. You will balance hands-on office operations with project work on space expansions, culture building events, and continuous improvement of how we use our workplace. This role is full-time, onsite based in Sydney (Monday to Friday). Responsibilities: Workspace Management: Ensure our Sydney facilities and offices are well maintained, safe, clean, and welcoming by partnering closely with building management, local Workplace colleagues, and in house IT. Project Management: Support office expansions, reconfigurations, and new space requirements, working with building management and cross functional teams (IT, People, Finance, business leaders) to outfit spaces in line with Airwallex’s workplace vibe. Community Engagement: Build, drive, and execute a calendar of social, wellbeing, educational, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events for the Sydney team, partnering with local social / culture committees, business leaders, and internal champions. Vendor Management: Maintain effective relationships with cleaning staff, building management, neighboring tenants, catering and events vendors, and other suppliers to ensure seamless day to day office operations. Budget & Invoice Management: Manage Sydney office related budgets for snacks, drinks, events, and space; work with Finance on purchase orders, invoice processing, and tracking spend against budget. Onboarding Support: Partner with People Operations, IT, and hiring managers so new joiners feel welcomed and integrated into our workplace community, including workspace readiness, welcome moments, and
