Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring product and process quality, directly contributing to our mission of delivering safe and reliable mobility solutions. • Managing Industrial Quality (IQ) activities in the relevant workshop, including people, process, and performance.

  • Performing defect analysis and leading efficient line quality animation with cross-functional teams.

  • Stopping production if required for mandatory reasons (e.g., safety concerns).

  • Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

  • Ensuring the availability of the Product History Book and compliance of manufactured products.

  • Supporting and managing internal NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) using problem-solving methodologies.

  • Participating in customer inspections and qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection.

  • Performing workstation audits and inspections as required.

  • A Special Process Qualification (minimum Level 2 according to Quality Academy criteria).

  • Experience in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC, Lean Six Sigma).

  • International mindset and fluency in English.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle pressure effectively.

  • Railway industry experience is a plus.
