Sr Instructional Designer, Amazon Business Learning Experience

We're looking for an Instructional Designer to the join Amazon Business Customer Service Learning Experience team.

This role will operate on a global basis, supporting learning needs of Marketplace Expansions in all regions where Amazon Business operates and will provide you with ample opportunities to grow your professional skills and career through the delivery of high impact, globally scalable, creative learning products and solutions.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and develop performance-focused training content that engages our learners
• Ensure content is ready for localization and deployment in international marketplaces
• Help maintain existing learning materials to ensure the content remains complete and relevant
• Work with stakeholder and SMEs to recommend appropriate learning strategies
• Manage your projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 1+ years of Instructional Design Experience
• Experience designing and developing both self-directed and/or instructor-led training content
• Knowledge of performance-based instructional theories and adult learning Proven competence using a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience of technology driven learning solution
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Familiarity with incorporating generative AI tools into workflow.
