What You'll Do Learn to own pipeline creation inside a regional pod in North America, working alongside an AE on a shared target - every lead worked quickly, every account multithreaded, no coverage gap left behind. Build outbound skills from the ground up - researching accounts, identifying the right stakeholders, and crafting outreach that earns a reply because it's specific and relevant, not because a sequence fired it. Qualify with rigor, learning to confirm pain, need, timeline, and authority before booking, so every meeting the pod runs is worth running. Work closely with AEs, marketing, and the events team from day one, giving you exposure across the full go-to-market motion rather than a narrow, siloed seat. Build your own AI workflows, agents, or systems using AI tools that make you measurably faster and better over time. We expect this, but here's what you get in return: NA hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, fixed, ongoing. In return: the earliest seat in a category still being defined, real deals with CIOs and AI builders while the playbook's still being written. Only apply if that trade works for you. You'll read a stakeholder map most BDRs don't see this early.
