Job requirements

We're looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to lead Atlys presence across digital platforms. You'll own content creation, community engagement, and campaign activations that grow brand love and drive results. This is a hands-on role for a creative strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments.

The Job

• Build and manage the social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram & YouTube)
• Launch and manage digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community activations
• Plan and execute on-ground and digital activations to build brand visibility and engagement
• Work closely with agencies and vendors to execute seamless campaigns and activations
• Leverage your own network of creators, communities, and collaborators for unique brand moments
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to improve engagement and reach
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• 4–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy
• Experience executing successful activations, both digitally and on-ground with measurable results
• A network of creators, influencers, or vendors that can be tapped for campaigns
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and platform nuances
