ROLE We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them. This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion. RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets Design and help launch an ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted) Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate BONUS Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events BENEFITS Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity. 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents Flexible PTO policy includin
