About the Role:

BluOne is seeking a detail-oriented Design Lead to drive creative excellence across all visual communication touchpoints. This role requires a seasoned communication design professional with a strong foundation in graphic design, communication design, UI, and branding, along with a knack for managing complex projects and leading cross-functional design initiatives. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to bring our brand and message to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end design projects, including UI design, branding, marketing collaterals, presentations, and campaigns.

• Translate business goals and marketing strategies into compelling visual assets that reflect the brands personality and purpose.

• Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, growth, leadership) to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.

• Oversee timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high quality standards.

• Manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies when required, ensuring brand alignment and creative consistency.

• Present concepts and designs to stakeholders and confidently advocate for design choices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 - 8 years of hands-on design experience in communication design, UI/UX, and branding—preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, UI design, branding, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Proven experience leading design projects from concept to execution.

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.

• Solid understanding of design systems, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills—able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects with ease.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in collaboration with marketing and product teams.

• A creative problem-solver whos passionate about visual design and user experience.

• The belief that great work cannot be done only between 9 and 5.
