Job requirements: ServiceNow Developer JDDevelopment and Customization: Design and implement custom indicators, breakdowns, and data collection jobs to measure and track KPIs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules. Customize the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, and business rules, to integrate and support Performance Analytics capabilities. Utilize scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) to create and enhance analytics-driven functionalities. Data Collection and Reporting Automation: Configure and automate data collection jobs to ensure timely and accurate aggregation of performance data, minimizing manual intervention. Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and Scripted APIs to streamline data collection and reporting processes across different ServiceNow modules. Automate data collection and reporting workflows to streamline analytics operations and enhance system performance. Optimize Performance Analytics configurations to minimize system impact and ensure timely reporting. KPI Tracking and Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and report critical performance metrics (KPIs) that align with business objectives. Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, and client scripts that enhance the tracking of KPIs and other performance metrics across the platform. Optimize the performance of dashboards and reporting mechanisms. Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Implement trend analysis and forecasting models using Performance Analytics tools to anticipate future performance based on historical data. Integrate trend analysis with ServiceNow workflows and automation scripts to trigger proactive actions based on forecasted data. Implement forecasting models and trend analysis to provide insights into future performance. Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify and define key performance metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration and Insights: Engage with business and IT stakeholders to identify key metrics and design analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for decision-making and operational improvements. Develop user-friendly interfaces, forms, and reports in ServiceNow that allow stakeholders to easily access and interpret analytics data. Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to inform decision-making and improve service delivery. Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Performance Analytics by validating data sources, troubleshooting data collection issues, and optimizing data pipelines. Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing and regression testing, to validate the functionality and accuracy of custom analytics solutions within ServiceNow. Manage and troubleshoot data collection issues, maintaining consistent data quality. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with the latest Performance Analytics features and releases in ServiceNow, identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions. Continuously improve custom applications and workflows by integrating the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, including predictive analytics and machine learning models. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices for data privacy and ensure compliance with relevant organizational policies. Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to governance and regulatory standards. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to validate Performance Analytics configurations and customizations. Collaborate with QA teams for peer reviews and testing. Collaboration and Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery of Performance Analytics-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment with project goals.
