Specialization: Systems Engineering: Tech Specialist, Automation Solutions

Job requirements: Experience Range: With at least 4 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering and automation solutions, including substantial exposure to UI Path RPA. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement automation workflows using UI Path RPA to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency. 2. Manage and maintain hybrid cloud environments utilizing VMware, ensuring high availability and scalability. 3. Administer Linux and Unix servers, performing maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability. 4. Oversee O365 administration, including user management, security configuration, and enterprise application integration. 5. Coordinate data center management activities, including asset lifecycle management, disaster recovery planning, and capacity optimization. 6. Lead release management for MS Dynamics Life Cycle Services (LCS), ensuring successful deployments and minimizing downtime. 7. Configure and support CITRIX environments to enable secure remote access and application delivery. 8. Monitor and manage server infrastructure using SCOM/SCCM, proactively identifying and resolving performance issues. Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in UI Path RPA platform 2. Expertise in VMware hybrid cloud architecture and administration 3. Linux and Unix server management 4. O365 administration 5. Experience with data center management tools 6. Release management for MS Dynamics Life Cycle Services (LCS) 7. CITRIX configuration and support 8. SCOM/SCCM server monitoring and administration Preferred Skills: 1. Hands-on experience with JBoss application server management 2. Integration of automation solutions with SharePoint 3. Advanced configuration of Service Desk platforms 4. Experience with asset lifecycle management software 5. Proficiency in Unix shell scripting Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a closely related discipline 2. UI Path Certified Advanced RPA Developer 3. VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
