Account Manager – Digital Communications

As an Account Manager – Digital Communications, you will lead day-to-day client relationships, manage integrated communications programmes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business growth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic communications solutions while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead client programmes, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Draft and review communication materials including press releases, key messages, Q&As, holding statements, media pitches, and briefing documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media stakeholders.
• Support media relations activities, media outreach, and digital communication campaigns.
• Leverage Burson's proprietary tools including Creative Studio, BAV, Decipher, and Generative AI to strengthen communication programmes.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, media landscape, and social media conversations to provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development initiatives.
• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business pitches.
