What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: Program manage some of the most complex cross functional, cross Supergroups programs directing contributing to our highest priorities Company Goals. Partner with Group Leadership to facilitate the delivery of Canva’s highest priority, complex and multi-disciplinary initiatives Drive and influences senior stakeholders on key delivery decisions, trade-offs, sequencing, and company-wide processes Improving the operating system for delivery across the group: planning hygiene, roadmap visibility, decision-making practices, cross-team governance, and scalable ways of working Support engineering leads in maintaining and driving good delivery techniques during (& after) goal planning - including milestones shaping/scoping, prioritisation efforts, estimations, capacity planning. Monitor and track delivery status across multiple teams and projects Manage open issues relating to program delivery. Assess and manage program risks Manage dependencies across teams and groups Build a culture and environment to achieve excellence and innovation Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions, drive alignment and prioritization You're probably a match if You have a minimum of 10 years TPM experience at a SaaS company. You have experience operating at Staff TPM scope in complex product or platform organisations. You have experience in some of the Revenue Platform related domains (e.g. AI monetisation, billing, promotion platforms, subscriptions, payments, checkout, fraud) You have deep understanding of product development methodologies You are knowledgeable in technical concepts, systems and practices You have experience working with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver key company initiatives You are comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities You are a natural communicator who leads through influence, not authority You have a love for navigating complexity and tackling ambiguous problems You are process-oriented but flexible in approach You are motivated to provide an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for our diverse team to collaborate together, in a timely fashion, towards shared goals You have introspective focus to continually improve the effectiveness of Canva’s teams You are dedicated to personal growth and improving in your craft as a TPM You demonstrated leadership capability to ensure clarity, alignment and accountability to achieve our crazy big goals You have the ability to think strategically but also able to make crazy big goals happen.
