Key Responsibilities
- Define optical network operational standards.
- Review network reliability and restoration strategies.
- Govern major incident response for optical services.
- Drive capacity planning and technology roadmap execution.
- Partner with NOC, Engineering, and Field Operations teams.
- Lead operational excellence and automation initiatives.
- Manage team performance and stakeholder engagement.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- DWDM, OTN, ROADM expertise.
- Service Assurance and NOC Governance.
- Team Leadership.
- Strategic Planning.
