JobRole Overview

We are looking for a skilled Agentic Engineer / Data Scientist with hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and developing advanced agentic systems and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern AI frameworks and experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems

Key Responsibilities

. Write Prompt optimization

. Write evals

. Custom guardrails for domain context that are non-trivial

. Used mlflow/langsmith or similar tools for debugging

• Design and develop agentic systems and AI-driven solution
• Architect scalable workflows for multi-agent system
• Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline
• Work with vector embeddings and vector database
• Build and manage agent orchestration framework
• Develop end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and inferenc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solution
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and framework

Required Skills & Qualification

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineerin
• Strong experience in agent engineering and agent-based architecture
• Hands-on experience with
• RAG pipeline
• Vector embeddings and semantic searc
• Multi-agent orchestration and workflow desig
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI librarie
• Experience with
