Senior Associate/Assistant Manager Occupier Consulting (Real Estate)

Job Description

Colliers is seeking a high-performing Senior Consultant/ Assistant Managerto join its Occupier Consulting team in Mumbai. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate and business strategy assignments, helping leading organizations make informed portfolio, location, and workplace decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, research, and presentation skills, with a passion for problem-solving, financial modelling, and delivering impactful client outcomes.

• You will be responsible for working on Proposals / pitches (RFPs), client consulting documents andinternal best practice tools. Presentation skills need to be top notch
• A high level of data interpretation, strategy development and solution / business case development are required
• Critical thinking and the ability to solve problems via the case method will be integral to fulfillingyour duties within the team
• Ability to co-ordinate and work with teams across different cities and countries is essential
• A strong commitment to and interest in both secondary and primary research is essential
• A commitment to high quality deliverables is essential. We work in a high impact Industry, and ourclients expect nothing short of exceptional deliverables

Qualifications

• 3-5years of relevant consulting, strategy, or real estate experience
• Basic Financial analysis is a value add
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred)
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business, Real Estate, or Management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling, data interpretation, and visualisation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations and client-facing documents
• Proven research capabilities in both primary and secondary research methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
