About the Role -

• Layout Design Solutions: This role involves designing impactful store layouts and product placements using 3D modeling, aligning with marketing and brand strategies, while optimizing customer flow and product performance..

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: This role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and retail teams to create visual merchandising strategies, ensuring consistent storytelling, integrating new products and campaigns, and providing support to store teams for effective implementation.

• Continuous Improvement & Trend Awareness: This role involves monitoring retail design trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies, using customer insights and data to optimize store layouts and merchandising, while leading A/B testing and performance evaluation to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

We seek a mid-level professional with 3-5 years in Visual Merchandising, Interior, or Retail Design, passionate about impactful retail design and enhancing customer engagement. The candidate should be creative, collaborative, solution-oriented, and passionate about sports, with proficiency in English (French a plus).
