What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the full data conversion workstream on Workday implementations, owning scope, quality, and delivery from kickoff through cutover and stabilization
- Taking direct ownership of mission critical data requirements in a fast paced, collaborative work environment
- Manage and mentor a team of data conversion/migration developers, setting expectations, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Delivering technology solutions to clients across industries, such as Manufacturing & Distribution, Education & Government, Consumer & Industrial Products, and Life Sciences & Healthcare
- Working with clients to understand their current data landscape and advising on the strategy to align with their future-state data landscape.
- Build, maintain, and execute against the data portions of the project plan and cutover schedule, including task sequencing, dependencies, test cycles, and go/no-go readiness criteria.
- Designing and developing custom solutions for clients using a variety of software and programming tools, including Definian’s proprietary software product (Applaud), Workday, SQL, PowerShell, Excel, and VBA
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, mapping workshops, daily test cycle calls, cutover planning meetings; manage escalations and risks proactively.
- Partner closely with global system integrators and client stakeholders to align on data scope, transformation rules, and acceptance criteria.

- Using quantitative methods to derive actionable insights, patterns, and outcomes from data
- Learning leading enterprise software products such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remaining up-to-date on industry news
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
