As our Specialist - Talent Acquisition, you will be part of Dozee’s Human Resources – Talent Acquisition team, owning Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence, Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence and Talent Analytics & Recruitment Technology. It is a high-ownership role for someone who brings structure, quality and pace to everything they deliver, and who wants to help save lives with Health AI.

Responsibilities: Independently manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination and offer negotiation for assigned roles while assessing candidate fit. Ensure process compliance, maintain ATS workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and support recruitment reporting. Track recruitment metrics, leverage ATS effectively, and support data-driven hiring decisions. Ensure consistent candidate engagement, strengthen employer branding, and improve candidate experience across hiring stages. Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows while validating AI recommendations.

Requirements: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience Education : Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or any related field Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Ensure a smooth candidate journey through timely communication and coordination. Take responsibility for assigned roles and hiring timelines. Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams regarding progress. Apply confidentiality practices consistently during hiring processes. Align recruitment activities with functional hiring priorities.

Role Expectations: Work independently on assigned deliverables with minimal supervision. Own outcomes end-to-end and deliver consistent, audit-ready quality. Flag risks and blockers early and propose solutions. Contribute to process improvements and support new joiners. Uphold Dozee’s values and quality-first culture in every deliverable.
