Team Member - Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities Ensure the successful execution of product launch plans in alignment with marketing strategies and stock availability. Monitor sales data and field compliance to ensure that the sales team meets target doctors with the right frequency and inputs. Conduct regular reviews with Sales Managers (SMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to track progress and address any gaps in execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SCM, PMT, SFE, GSA) to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth business operations. Coach and develop team members through training, performance management, and mentoring to enhance their productivity and skills. Drive medico-marketing activities and work with KOLs to shape therapy and brand strategies. Maintain compliance with COBE guidelines and ensure adherence to sales processes through periodic reviews and corrective actions. Identify and implement actionable insights to improve performance and replicate successful practices across teams. "

Educational Qualification & Experience Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in pharmacy/MBA preferred Minimum Work Experience: • 15+ years overall experience • 5 years minimum in pharma industry, of which 3 are within sales function Skills & Attributes Functional Skills Channel Management Brand Strategy Key Opinion Leader Development Selling Techniques Sales Pipeline Management Product Launch Readiness Pharmaceutical Portfolio Management Resident Skills Forecasting Management Budgeting Business Acumen Data Analysis Market Intelligence Behavioural Skills Leadership Analytical Thinking Collaboration Problem-Solving Critical Exposures Led Rx sales revenue of minimum USD 10 million or its geographical equivalent for minimum of 1 region in the country Must have exposure to sales/marketing of Rx therapies Exposure to international geography of revenue size minimum USD 10 million is an added advantage Brand management/product management exposure of minimum 3 years is an added advantage "
