About the role We’re hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program that turns our paid traffic into signups, activations, and revenue. This role owns strategy and execution across the on-site funnel—from the marketing site and landing pages to signup and partnering with onboarding—and is expected to find compounding conversion gains through a disciplined, data-driven testing program. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with the strategy and the execution: forming sharp hypotheses, designing statistically sound tests, building and QA’ing variants, reading results without fooling themselves, and engineering skills to build on-page experiences. You obsess over funnel friction, statistical rigor, and velocity, and you know how to build an experimentation roadmap that ships. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with design, engineering, copy, performance marketing, lifecycle, and product to drive impact.
