As Workplace Operations lead for our SoHo space, you'll be the go-to person for our rapidly growing US team and a central hub for the New York AI community. You'll own the day-to-day workplace experience: keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining white-glove standards, and driving initiatives that elevate employee experience, optimize costs, and scale our infrastructure as we grow. In this role, you will: Be the Hub & Culture Driver: Serve as the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests, leading onboarding, and boosting team culture through curated food/beverage programs, social rituals, and office perks.
