Salesforce Developer

THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Developer reporting, you will drive the design, evolution, and technical execution of our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Community. Working independently alongside technical architects, business analysts, and cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Operations, you will transform complex requirements into scalable, high-performing platform solutions. Your work directly optimizes business efficiency, resolves operational bottlenecks, and elevates the user experience across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Platform Engineering & Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver high-impact functionality across Sales, Service, and Community platforms.

• Integrations & Ecosystem Management: Build and maintain secure REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth connections, and third-party AppExchange integrations while adhering to platform governance limits and architectural best practices.

• Process Optimization & Operations: Identify platform bottlenecks, resolve data inconsistencies, and automate enterprise workflows to increase operational speed and data accuracy across business units.

• Release Governance & Collaboration: Lead end-to-end change management and deployment processes while actively communicating project updates and technical considerations to cross-functional stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum of 3 years of deep technical experience in custom Salesforce development and configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities utilizing Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.

• Practical experience designing enterprise REST/SOAP web services, managing authentication models, and integrating third-party AppExchange applications.

• Strong problem-solving and self-management skills with a track record of driving complex technical deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.

• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
