Solution Architect (Microsoft .NET/Azure)

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and modernization of enterprise-scale Microsoft .NET and Azure solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence technology strategy, drive cloud transformation, and help shape the future of AI-enabled digital platforms within a global, technology-driven organization. What You'll Do Lead the architecture, design, and governance of Microsoft .NET applications and Azure-based solutions. Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures using Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, and data platforms. Drive modernization initiatives, migrating legacy applications to cloud-native and containerized environments. Define and oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and engineering governance standards. Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy. Mentor engineers and technical leaders, promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Support operational excellence through incident management, root cause analysis, and DevOps best practices. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. 13+ years of experience in Microsoft application development and solution architecture, including 4+ years delivering Azure cloud solutions. Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Azure technologies, and Azure DevOps. Experience designing enterprise applications, APIs, integration platforms, and cloud-native solutions. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, or Blazor. Expertise in architectural patterns, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.

Preferred Experience Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and GenAI solution development. AI-driven development practices, prompt orchestration, RAG architectures, and responsible AI governance. Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, ETL, and enterprise data platforms. Measuring and driving the impact of AI tools on engineering productivity and delivery outcomes.
