Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

You will be the first engineering manager for the Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability. The platform will grow as we prove value.

You’ll partner with leadership to define the platform’s direction, assess existing technology, identify the next set of investments, and help evolve the vision through learning gained from shipping, customers, and overall ecosystem. • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision
  • Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
