As a member of the Engineering People Partner team, you’ll be a key partner in helping the largest function at Figma mature and thrive during a dynamic and high growth phase. 

In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated People Partner to Figma’s Product Engineering and Data organizations, working closely with the VP, Engineering and VP, Data and their respective leadership teams. You’ll help these organizations scale effectively by strengthening leadership capability, shaping organizational design, and aligning talent strategy to the product strategy. You’ll also collaborate closely with PDE People Partners and other cross-functional partners across the People Team - including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations - to drive high-impact initiatives that support the holistic Engineering and PDE organizational goals.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how leadership, performance culture, and talent strategy evolve as Figma’s Product Engineering and Data organizations continue to grow and mature. 

This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years in HR / People roles, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company
  • Proven track record partnering with PDE clients, especially Engineering
  • Strong background in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Skilled at leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and translate business strategy into talent and organizational strategy
