About This Role Fireworks’ partner ecosystem is one of our most important growth engines. We work closely with leading cloud providers, GPU manufacturers, AI platforms, and infrastructure companies—including Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, AWS, NVIDIA, MongoDB, and others—to help customers build and deploy production AI faster. The PMM owner for Partnerships owns the go-to-market strategy for this ecosystem. You are responsible for how Fireworks shows up alongside our strategic partners. You define joint value propositions, develop launch strategies, build customer evidence, enable partner sellers, and create the narratives that help customers understand why Fireworks and our partners are better together than either company is alone. You’ll partner closely with Alliances, Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth Marketing, Communications, and executive leadership to turn strategic partnerships into measurable business growth. This is not a role for someone who wants to execute partner requests. It’s for someone who wants to build the go-to-market strategy for one of Fireworks’ most important growth channels. Reports to: Head of Product Marketing Location: SF Bay Area We expect team members in this role to be in the office three days per week. Success in this role depends on close collaboration across Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing, as well as frequent engagement with partner marketing and product teams. Responsibilities Own the Partner Narrative You are responsible for how customers understand the combined value of Fireworks and our strategic partners. You will: Develop joint positioning, messaging, and value propositions for strategic partners. Create differentiated narratives tailored to cloud providers, infrastructure partners, model providers, and enterprise technology ecosystems. Build messaging that helps customers understand when and why to adopt Fireworks through partner solutions. Partner with executives on keynote messaging, joint blogs, launch announcements, and strategic customer communications. Continuously refine partner messaging based on customer feedback, market trends, and partner priorities. Success is measured by partner adoption of messaging, customer understanding, and the effectiveness of joint GTM efforts. Own Joint Product Launches Great partnerships deserve great launches. You will: Lead product marketing for joint launches with strategic partners. Develop launch strategies, messaging, customer communications, enablement, and partner assets. Coordinate launches across Fireworks Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Communications, Growth Marketing, and partner organizations. Create launch plans that maximize customer awareness and partner engagement. Measure launch effectiveness and continuously improve execution. Success is measured by launch quality, partner participation, customer engagement, and pipeline influence. Grow the Partner Ecosystem Partnerships should drive measurable business outcomes. You will: Partner closely with the Alliances team to develop joint GTM plans for strategic accounts and partner motions. Support partner activation across field events, webinars, customer campaigns, and industry conferences. Develop programs that accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and customer adoption. Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and strengthen strategic rela
