The Opportunity We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Sr. Manager to build and scale the customer journeys that power Fireworks' growth engine across both product-led and sales-led motions. This isn't a traditional CRM or email marketing role. It's a strategic growth role focused on delivering the right message, to the right audience, at the right time—whether they're a prospective buyer, self-serve developer, or enterprise customer. You'll own the strategy and execution of personalized lifecycle experiences across email, in-product messaging, web, AI-powered touchpoints, and sales- and customer success-enabled programs. Working closely with Product, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data, you'll build intelligent customer journeys that nurture prospects, accelerate product adoption, deepen customer engagement, and drive long-term retention and expansion. You'll define how Fireworks communicate throughout the customer lifecycle using behavioral data, product usage, account insights, experimentation, and automation to create experiences that feel timely, relevant, and personalized. You'll also build lifecycle systems that continuously improve through AI, customer behavior, and experimentation. This is a foundational opportunity to build Lifecycle Marketing from the ground up at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies. What You'll Be Doing Own the Lifecycle Strategy Design and own Fireworks' lifecycle strategy across the entire customer journey—from lead nurture and onboarding through activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Build scalable lifecycle programs that accelerate pipeline, improve customer engagement, and drive long-term product adoption and revenue growth. Develop lifecycle frameworks that support both self-serve (PLG) and enterprise (SLG) customer journeys. Build Demand Generation & Customer Journeys Build and optimize always-on nurture programs for net-new prospects, marketing-qualified leads, remarketable audiences, product users, and existing customers. Create personalized experiences across email, in-product messaging, web, onboarding, product announcements, customer education, and AI-powered touchpoints. Develop lifecycle messaging and content that is timely, relevant, and personalized based on where customers are in their journey. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing to deliver the right message through the right channel based on customer behavior, buying stage, product usage, and account signals.
