What is the role like?
We are looking for Senior Manager - growth, to lead user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for our commerce app. This role will own end-to-end growth across the customer journey—from discovery and on-boarding to purchase, repeat usage, and lifetime value. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to drive scalable growth and measurable business outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- Growth Strategy & Ownership:
Define and execute scalable, data-backed growth strategies across key commerce metrics including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, repeat purchase, and revenue growth. - Data & Analytics:
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions. Build and maintain dashboards to track funnel performance, cohorts, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and retention across user segments. - User Acquisition:
Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies including performance marketing, organic, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships. Optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates in collaboration with marketing and product teams. - Conversion & Monetization:
Own optimization of key commerce funnels such as product discovery, PDP, cart, checkout, and payments. Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue through experimentation and product enhancements. - Retention & Engagement:
Drive repeat usage and customer loyalty through lifecycle marketing, personalized communication (push, email, SMS, in-app), and improved post-purchase journeys in partnership with Product and CRM teams. - Experimentation & Testing:
Lead a strong experimentation culture by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests across onboarding, pricing, promotions, UX, and campaigns to improve growth metrics. - Budget & ROI Management:
