About the Role As Senior Software Engineer on the Allocation & Onboarding (A&O) team, you have the opportunity to own the full stack of impact—from the experiences our fellows rely on every day to the foundational systems that make those experiences possible. Sitting at the intersection of product engineering and operational scale, you'll partner closely with Growth, Product, Operations, ML, and Platform Infrastructure to translate rapidly evolving business needs into intuitive, high-quality product experiences and reliable, scalable platform capabilities.
