Role Overview The Recruiting Coordinator joins Harvey's Talent team in Sydney to support the company's rapidly growing hiring efforts across the APAC region. The team is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch interview experience that reflects Harvey's brand and pace of growth. This role drives the operational backbone of APAC recruiting — owning end-to-end interview coordination, candidate communications, and scheduling logistics for a fast-scaling office. The Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders across Sydney and globally to ensure every candidate interaction is thoughtful and efficient. It is a rare opportunity to help build the coordination function in one of Harvey's newest and most dynamic markets. What You'll Do Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across the APAC region, ensuring a smooth and timely process Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, delivering an exceptional and on-brand experience Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, panel selection, calendar coordination, and candidate communications Maintain and continuously improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes to support team efficiency and accuracy Support onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects as the APAC team scales What You Have 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a similar fast-paced operational role Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset and the ability to represent Harvey's brand to external audiences Comfort working in a hybrid environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a high-growth setting Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and modern scheduling tools A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a bias toward action and continuous improvement Additional Information Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid with flexibility) Work eligibility: Must have valid Australian work rights; Harvey does not currently offer visa sponsorship for this role What We Offer Structured hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in our Sydney office, 2 days working from home Health Coverage: Fully covered private hospital insurance, plus extras for dental, optical, physio, mental health, and more.
