PivotRoots, a Havas Company, is looking for an Executive- Content with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about writing and curious about digital marketing. The role involves creating high-quality content for blogs and digital platforms, supporting SEO initiatives, conducting content research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

Project Coordination

• CoordinatewithSEO,design,account,andotherinternalteamsforcontent requirements.

• Maintaincontentcalendars,trackers,andprojecttimelines.

• Followupwithrelevantstakeholderstoensurecontentisdeliveredwithinagreed timelines.

• Managemultiplecontentassignmentswhilemaintainingqualityanddeadlines.

• Supporttheteaminkeepingcontentprojectsorganisedfrombrieftofinal delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+yearsofexperienceincontentwriting,digitalmarketing,journalism, communications, or a related field.

• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

• Excellentgrammar,vocabulary, andproofreadingskills.

• Goodresearchandinformation-gatheringabilities.

• BasicunderstandingofSEOanddigitalmarketing.

• Ability to write for different audiences, industries, and brand voices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

• Goodorganisationalandprojectcoordinationskills.

• Comfortableworkingonmultipleassignmentssimultaneously.

• FamiliaritywithtoolssuchasGoogleDocs,GoogleSheets,WordPress, SEMrush/Ahrefs,orsimilarplatformswouldbeanadvantage.
