Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled TIBCO CIM Support Specialist to ensure the operational stability, performance, and availability of TIBCO Customer Information Management (CIM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in application support, incident management, monitoring, master data management, and ITSM processes.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and TIBCO experts to provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain high availability of customer information management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for TIBCO CIM solutions, ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests while meeting SLA commitments.
• Monitor application health using tools such as Dynatrace, BigPanda, and related monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues, synchronization failures, integration issues, and application defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements.
• Coordinate with TIBCO specialists and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation in Confluence.
• Track support activities, defects, and enhancements using JIRA.
• Perform routine maintenance activities and automation using shell scripting.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to address AWS and Azure platform-related issues.
• Support production releases, on-call activities, and incident response processes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Interact with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and provide status updates.

• 5-10 years of IT experience with strong application support expertise.
• Experience in production support, ticket management, and operational monitoring.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
