Who You Are:
You may not have years of experience yet, but you are curious, detail-oriented, technically minded and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
You enjoy solving problems, asking good questions and helping teams bring projects across the finish line. This role is an entry-level, hybrid opportunity designed to give Apprentice hands-on exposure to the technical side of marketing operations, including landing pages, campaign QA, CRM automations, email/SMS setup, forms, tracking and internal marketing systems.
You are a quick learner who wants to understand how campaigns are built, tested, launched and improved behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:
Support the setup, testing and QA of marketing landing pages, forms, funnels, emails and campaign assets.
Assist with basic website updates, page edits and content population across marketing properties.
Basic understanding of UTM tracking, campaign links, A/B testing or digital marketing performance.
Help test links, forms, buttons, tracking, UTM parameters and user flows before campaigns launch.
Support email, SMS and WhatsApp campaign setup under the guidance of the Marketing Operations team.
Assist with basic automation workflows, trigger links, forms, surveys and campaign routing.
Help organize campaign assets, links, tracking details and launch documentation.
Perform QA checks across desktop and mobile to confirm pages and campaigns are working as expected.
Support troubleshooting for simple funnel, form, email or automation issues.
Help document repeatable processes, setup steps and internal best practices.
Provide clear status updates on assigned tasks, blockers and questions.
Learn HighLevel’s internal tools, marketing systems and campaign launch processes.
Use AI tools where appropriate to support research, documentation, QA and workflow efficiency.
Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:
Interest in AI, marketing operations, marketing technology, web support, automation or digital operations.
A go-getter attitude with initiative to find resources, learn independently and take accountability.
Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, forms, email campaigns or CRM tools.
