Who You Are: 
You have worked inside an affiliate, partner, or channel program — not just adjacent  to one. You understand how affiliates think, what motivates them, and what causes  them to disengage. 
You are a builder and a coach first. You get energy from watching a manager's  conversation quality improve week over week — not from presenting to executives
You write playbooks from scratch, design onboarding sequences, and build call  frameworks that real people actually use. 
You are data-aware. You can read an Olive AI dashboard, spot a no-show pattern,  and connect it to a coaching intervention. 
You are willing to travel and show up in person. This role requires event attendance,  in-person affiliate relationship building, and on-site team sessions. 
You have an existing network in the affiliate, partner, or digital marketing ecosystem.  You know people. You bring contacts. 
What You’ll Be Doing: 
HighLevel's affiliate channel is one of the most important growth levers in the business, servicing thousands of affiliate partners, a top-performing endorsed tier, and a team of Affiliate Managers  working daily to move partners from sign-up to their first trial and beyond. 
We are building the enablement infrastructure to match the scale of this channel. The Affiliate Enablement Manager will be the first dedicated resource for the affiliate org who is leveraging their extensive enablement background to equip our internal team first, then extend that excellence to the affiliate experience. 
This is a build role. You will be creating the foundation of knowledge and growth for the entire affiliate organization from the ground-up while collaborating with senior affiliate leadership. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, have a background in partnerships, affiliate programs, or channel sales  enablement, and believe that great coaching and onboarding are revenue levers, not overhead — this role is for you. 
You will: 
Own onboarding for every new affiliate manager joining the affiliate team, resulting in time-to-first-activation results amongst growing affiliate managers and “exams” to ensure proficiency is maintained across the entire organization 
Build a structured learning path: what does an affiliate manager need to know in their first 7 days,  30 days, and 90 days? Own the content, the sequence, and the chec
