| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| . Provide Cerner SurgiNet support across perioperative workflow during IST hours. | |
| . Troubleshoot OR workflow and case management issues. | |
| . Support anesthesia documentation issues. | |
| . Support OR scheduling and resource template troubleshooting. | |
| . Support PACU workflow. | |
| . Inspect HL7 v2.x ORM and SIU messages for OR diagnosis. | |
| . Maintain ServiceNow queue discipline. | |
