AEP (AJO) Developer

As an AEP (AJO) Developer, you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to design and build engaging, data-driven experiences across channels. You’ll translate campaign goals into scalable implementations on Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring journeys are reliable, measurable, and optimized for impact. Technical Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, or MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe ecosystem implementations.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong understanding of customer journey concepts, segmentation, and campaign execution workflows.
• Ability to analyze issues, debug configurations, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
