Agile Consultant

Technical Requirements: • Scaling Frameworks such as SAFe/DAD/LeSS/SPOTIFY/Scrum@Scale. Certifications, such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe RTE, Less Practitioner…etc. would be an added advantage.
• Well versed with Scrum, KANBAN, XP and Agile Engineering Practices such as TDD/BDD/ATDD/FDD etc.
• Familiarity with CI-CD tool stacks, Release Automation, Deployment Automation etc.
• Deep-rooted expertise in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools such as Jira, Rally, VSTS etc.
• Knowledge of one of the Cloud technologies like AWS/AZURE/GCP etc. would be an added advantage
• Awareness of AI-driven Agile practices, generative AI tools for Planning, DSM, Backlog Refinement and Reporting
• Ability to coach teams on responsible AI adoption within Agile workflows
