AI interaction designer

Job Description:

• The designer will create AI driven interfaces conversational flows and prompt based interaction models leveraging Generative AI design tools and creative AI workflows for scalable design outputs
• This work will contribute to the overall success of our digital products and services while establishing and practicing ethical AI design guidelines in collaboration with cross functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Support requirement gathering and feasibility assessment for AI enabled experiences
• Conduct user research competitive benchmarking and usability testing
• Translate user and business requirements into intuitive UX solutions
• Create user journeys wireframes interaction flows and information architecture
• Design conversational and AI driven interaction experiences
• Develop high fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Apply responsible AI principles to create clear and trustworthy user experiences
• Collaborate with design engineering product and data science teams
• Contribute to reusable components design systems and AI UX patterns
• Validate designs through user testing and incorporate feedback
• Follow Experience Design accessibility and governance standards
• Maintain design artifacts and project documentation
• Apply emerging Generative AI and Generative UX trends to design solutions
