Responsibilities :

g hands-on expertise in: Microsoft Intune SCCM / MECM Windows 10/11 Administration Windows Autopilot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Microsoft 365 Administration Group Policy Management BitLocker Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Experience in: OS Deployment & Imaging Patch Management Software Packaging & Distribution Endpoint Security & Compliance (Tenable) Device Lifecycle Management Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobility, and workplace technologies. Preferred Skills Experience with VMware Workspace ONE or Citrix. Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). PowerShell scripting and automation experience. Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes. Certifications (Preferred) Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
