Informatica PC + IICS Production Support

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter (PC) and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), primarily focused on production support and maintenance of enterprise data integration systems.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing critical production environments, handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring high availability and reliability of ETL workflows and data pipelines.

Technical Requirements: Experience with cloud-based data integration environments
Exposure to data warehousing concepts and ETL architecture
Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, etc.
Experience in support automation and monitoring tools
Knowledge of audit compliance and reporting in support environments
Ability to mentor junior team members

Additional Responsibilities: Desired Candidate Profile

5–9 years of relevant IT experience
Strong experience in Informatica PC + IICS production support
Proven experience in handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments, and L2/L3 support
Strong SQL and troubleshooting expertise
Experience working in 24/7 support environments (if required)
Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
