Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)- Dell EMC Storage, VxRail, Nutanix HCI and Brocade SAN switch
Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)- NetApp, IBM Storage and Scripting
• Certification and a solid understanding in ITIL processes – Incident, problem, change & release management
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
• Excellent client interfacing skill.
• Creative thinking in solutioning, implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
• Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
• Advance Certification and hands on experience in two or more Storage products DellEMC/ IBM / NetApp Storage is preferred
• Experienced in writing RFP solutions and presentations during client visits
